آليّة تفعيل صيغ التّمويل الإسلامي لتمويل المؤسّسات النّاشئة في الجزائر

الملخص
في ظلِّ بروز قطاع المؤسسات النَّاشئة والصغيرة في الجزائر وتزايدها، وحاجتها للتمويل المستمر، اتُّخذت عدة صيغ لتمويلها، ومن الصّيغ المتاحة: التمويل بالصيغ الإسلاميَّة، إلَّا أنَّ هذه الصيغ لم تفعَّل بعد لتتوافق مع متطلّبات الواقع وتغطية الحاجة التّمويليّة لهذه المؤسسات. وأمام ضرورة اعتماد هذه الصيغ كحل بديل لصيغ التمويل التقليديَّة رأينا أنَّه من الضرورة المشاركة في إثراء هذا الموضوع لبيان آليّة تفعيلها لتمويل المؤسّسات النّاشئة والصغيرة في الجزائر وقد خلصت الدّراسة إلى أنّ الصّيغ التمويليّة الإسلاميّة كفيلة لتمويل المؤسسات النّاشئة والصغيرة باختلاف مجالاتها وأنشطتها، وبيّنت آليّات تفعيل كلّ صيغة لتمويل هذه المؤسسات. In view of the emergence and growth of the startup sector in Algeria and its need for continuous funding, several formulas of financing has been taken. Among these financing methods Islamic financing formulas however those formulas has not done yet to conform to the requirements of reality and cover the financing needs of these companies. In light of the need to adopt these formulas as an alternative solution to traditional financing formulas, we saw the necessity to participate in enriching this topic with a view to show the mechanism of activating Islamic financing formulas in order to finance startups. The study comes to the conclusion that Islamic funding formulas are sufficient to finance Startups, regardless of their fields and activities. The study also shows the activation of each formula mechanisms involved funding these institutions.
