The Influence Of Hr Strategic Management On Enhancing Employee Performance (case Study Algerian Water Company -saïda)

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the impact of human resource management strategies on the performance of employees in the Algerian Water Company - Saida. Through reviewing the literature and previous studies, a set of research hypotheses were developed. 60 questionnaires were distributed to the company's employees, and 52 of them were analyzed using the descriptive approach and structural equation modeling using SPSS V26 and smartpls4. The study concluded that human resource management strategies have a significant impact on employee performance through (training and development, performance evaluation) with a medium impact, and (attraction, appointment, motivation) with a weak impact
