The Objective Liability For Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

Protecting the user of artificial intelligence is necessary, especially as the contractual and tort liability is based on a misdeed that is difficult to prove on the part of the affected person. In view of the inability to apply the general rules of civil liability in the theory of obligation, new rules must be established to be applied in the case of a resulting damage from the use of artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is necessary to resort to the theory of objective liability and establish a special legal system for the civil liability resulting from the use of artificial intelligence by relying on the existing legal texts that stipulate objective liability
