الملخص
الملخص: إن القضاء في الأندلس من أعظم الخطط منزلة، وأجلها رفعة، وكان القاضي هو مدار الأحكام ومسند النظر، وقد أولاه حكام الأندلس أهمية كبرى لكونه عمود السلطان وقوام الأديان، فهو بمثابة مرآة عاكسة لما يدور في فلك المجتمع من معاملات ونزاعات، لذا مني بأولوية مطلقة عند الحكام ذلك لأنه خطة من خطط الحكم إلى جانب كونه هو بابا من أبواب الفقه؛ فقد اعتنوا به وفصلوا في شروطه وأركانه. وبعد تفحص سجلات القضاة الموثقة آنذاك، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على وضعية القضاء في هذه البلاد من حيث التنظيم والهيكلة على غرار فرض شروط على المنتصب له، وآداب على المشتغل به، مع تحديد ظروف العمل، وكيفية التعامل مع المتقاضين. Abstract: The judiciary in Andalusia is one of the greatest plans of rank, and its highest status, and the judge was the orbit of judgments and the basis of consideration, and the rulers of Andalusia attached great importance to him because he is the pillar of the Sultan and the strength of religions. Rulers because it is one of the plans of governance in addition to being one of the chapters of jurisprudence; Therefore, take care of it and decide on the terms and conditions of the imitator and its pillars. After examining the records of the judges documented at the time, we will try through this study to shed light on the status of the judiciary in this country in terms of organization and structure such as imposing conditions on those appointed to it, and etiquette on those employed, with defining working conditions, and how to deal with litigants
