Abstract
Given the continuous changes in the legal and commercial spheres, commercial justice is particularly significant, as it actively engages in the resolution of business conflicts in all their manifestations. The methods of proof and the appeal processes in the Specialized Commercial Court are among the most critical elements requiring special attention. This intervention provides an opportunity to examine the methods of proof employed by the Specialized Commercial Court and to review the appeal mechanisms available to the parties involved. It is essential for both legal practitioners and business professionals to comprehend these procedures. A thorough understanding of the methods of proof and the appeal process in the Specialized Commercial Court enhances the principles of fairness and ensures equal access to legal rights and protections for individuals and companies within the commercial environment. This work will underscore the importance of evidence in legal endeavors, outline the processes for submitting evidence to the Specialized Commercial Court, and review the mechanisms available for appealing its judgments in the context of human rights.
