Abstract

Since the dawn of civilization and the development of human understanding, marriage has been considered a natural outlet for sexual instinct. Sexual intercourses outside of marriage are deemed a crime prohibited by divine laws and rejected by human conscience. Infidelity has taken many forms, with the latest being the notable rise of digital marital infidelity, which now threatens the security and stability of families due to technological advancements and the evolution of communication systems.
