سبل تحفيز الاستثمارات الفردية في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص: تشكل التنمية الاقتصادية الوطنية الشاملة أهم التحديات الدستورية ، لذلك بادر المشرع لإعادة النظر في القوانين الاقتصادية و في مقدمتها قانون الاستثمار .من خلال هذه الدراسة تم تسليط الضوء على مختلف أشكال الاستثمار الفردي ،حيث تم التركيز على كل من المقاولة الذاتية و بعث المؤسسة الخاصة.و تم التوصل إلى أن المنظومة القانونية المستحدثة تضمنت قواعد من شأنها تطوير و ترقية الاستثمار سواء عبر هياكل الدعم و المرافقة ، أو بالاعتماد على الطريق الإلكتروني لمعالجة طلبات تأسيس المؤسسات للتحفيز على الاستثمار الفردي. Abstract: Comprehensive national economic development constitutes the most important constitutional challenges, so the legislator took the initiative to review the economic laws, most notably the investment law. Through this study, light was shed on the various forms of individual investment, where the focus was on both self-entrepreneurship and the establishment of a private institution. It was concluded that the newly created legal system included rules that would develop and promote investment, whether through support and accompaniment structures, or by relying on the electronic method to process requests to establish institutions to stimulate individual investment.
