In this intervention, we will focus on the relationship between social entrepreneurship as a form of organized economic and social activity in modern societies, and social change as one of the laws of these societies. We focused on highlighting the concept of social entrepreneurship, its difference from typical entrepreneurship and its role in stimulating the process of change within governance strategies and under the influence of globalization, to perform certain traditional functions in a different way in order to maintain social stability. To highlight this relationship, we used the analytical approach, ultimately highlighting the strong importance of this human activity, its important role in proposing solutions to resolve economic and social problems, especially during crises, and the urgent need to encourage and organize it in the necessary means to increase its effectiveness in the exercise of all these functions.
