الجرائم المعلوماتية في الجزائر: المواجهة والتحدي

الملخص
ملخص: تتناول الدراسة الجريمة المعلوماتية في الجزائر، وتبحث في أهم الآليات المنتهجة لتعقبها وتتبع حيثياتها للحد منها ومن آثارها الضارة، بيّنت الدراسة جهود المشرع الجزائري في استصدار العديد من القوانين الهامة في المجال، الى جانب استحداث هيئات متخصصة أضيفت لتلك المؤسسات الأمنية والقضائية التي تختص أقسام منها بمكافحة الاجرام المعلوماتي. توصلت الدراسة الى أن الجهود المبذولة ببلادنا للحد من هذه الجرائم، وبالرغم من أهميتها لم تحقق النتائج المرجوة، بسبب العديد من التحديات التي تعرقل تجسيد الأهداف المسطرة، الأمر الذي يعني صعوبة عملية التصدي من جهة، وعلى ضرورة العمل بإرادة أكبر لتذليل تلك الصعاب للتقليل من الاجرام المعلوماتي ببلادنا من جهة أخرى. Abstract: This study addresses information crime in Algeria and examines the key mechanisms used to track and trace these crimes in order to reduce their harmful effects. The study highlights the efforts of the Algerian legislator in issuing important laws in this area, as well as the establishment of specialized bodies added to the existing security and judicial institutions, some of which have sections dedicated to combating Information crime. The study concluded that ,despite the significance of the efforts made in Algeria to reduce these crimes, the desired outcomes have not been achieved due to numerous challenges that hinder the realization of the set objectives, This highlights both the difficulty of combating these crimes and the need for greater determination to overcome these obstacles in order to redue information crime in the country.
