الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التوجه الرقمي في قطاع التعليم العالي تجربة مكتب الإستراتيجية الرقمية بالمركز الجامعي بريكة، لتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم عرض الأطر النظرية المرتبطة بالرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي ليتم بعدها عرض أهم إنجازات مكتب الإستراتيجية الرقمية بالمركز الجامعي بريكة مقارنة مع المخطط التوجيهي للرقمنة بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي؛ توصلت الدراسة النتائج التالية: التركيز على التكنولوجيا الرقمية لدعم تكوين الموظفين بنسبة 90,30%، العلاقات الوطنية والدولية بنسبة 90%، ثم التكنولوجيا الرقمية لدعم نجاح الطلبة بنسبة 65%، التكنولوجيا الرقمية لدعم الإدارة الحديثة بنسبة 56,66% والتكنولوجيا في خدمة العمليات التكوينية بنسبة 50%؛ من جانب آخر جاء مستوى تطبيق رقمنة البنية التحتية 25 % وهذا نظرا لضعف الاعتمادات المالية. The study aimed to know the reality of the digital trend in the higher education sector, the experience of the Digital Strategy Office at the Barika University Center. To achieve the goal of the study, the theoretical frameworks related to digitization in the higher education sector were presented, after which the most important achievements of the Digital Strategy Office at the Barika University Center were presented compared to the guideline plan. For digitization at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research; The study reached the following results: focus on digital technology to support employee training by 90.30%, national and international relations by 90%, then digital technology to support student success by 65%, digital technology to support modern management by 56.66%, and technology in the service of training processes. by 50%; On the other hand, the level of implementation of infrastructure digitization was 25%, and this is due to the weakness of financial allocations
