قراءة سوسيولوجية في تداعيات تبلور الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري بين العوامل وطرق الوقاية

الملخص
استهدفت هذه الورقة البحثية تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية حول ظاهرة الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري بين العوامل المحفزة لحدوثها وطرق الوقاية منها، وبغية تحقيق هذا الهدف فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الإحاطة بجملة من الوقائع ذات الصلة، وكذا الاستعانة ببعض الإحصائيات المتاحة حول الظاهرة؛ أين تم تسليط الضوء على أكثر العوامل تدخلا في حدوث الفعل الإجرامي في المجتمع بصفة عامة انطلاقا مما أتت به عديد الدراسات والأبحاث حول هذا الموضوع، بدءا بأثر التمدن وانعكاساته على مستوى العلاقات الاجتماعية والتماسك الاجتماعي؛ فالأثر الذي تخلفه الحركة السكانية والتمايز في العادات والتقاليد والرموز والمعايير والمستوى الثقافي بين المناطق وما ينجر عنه من صراع للقواعد والأدوار، إلى جانب مشكلة ضعف وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي والتباين في المستوى الإقتصادي، وكذا الأداء الغير مجدي لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وما ينجم عنه من انحلال أخلاقي وانحراف عن المعايير والقيم العامة للمجتمع، وقد أفضت نتائج الدراسة في مجملها للكشف عن حجم ونوع الجرائم المسجلة ودوافع وخلفيات ارتكابها؛ أين تم حصر مختلف الجرائم المسجلة في أربع أصناف اعتمادا على طبيعة الأسباب المفضية لارتكابها. This paper aimed to provide a sociological reading about the phenomenon of crime in Algerian society between the factors motivating its occurrence And Methods of prevention, and in order to achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach by taking note of a number of relevant facts, as well as using some available statistics on the phenomenon; Where were the most highlighted factors Enteraint occurrence of the criminal act in Society in general, based on the many studies and researches on this subject, starting with the impact of urbanization and its repercussions on the level of social relations and social cohesion; The impact left by the population movement and the differentiation in customs, traditions, symbols, standards and the cultural level between regions and the resulting conflict of rules and roles, in addition to the problem of weak means of social control and the discrepancy in the economic level, as well as the useless performance of the institutions of socialization and the resulting moral decay and deviation from The general standards and values of society, and the results of the study as a whole revealed the size and type of recorded crimes and the motives and backgrounds for their commission; The various recorded crimes were classified into four categories, depending on the nature of the reasons leading to their commission.
