مقومات تفعيل استراتيجية التعليم المقاولاتي ضمن نظام التعليم العالي -تجربة جامعة الأرض Earth University نموذجا-

الملخص
ملخص : تعتبر المقاولاتية من المجالات الحيوية التي سجلت حضور واسع النطاق ضمن اهتمامات العديد من الدول والحكومات، خاصة في ظل آثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية البارزة، وقد انعكس ذلك حتميا على تطور مفاهيمها ومناهجها واستراتيجياتها. ونجد ضمن هذا التطور ظهور ما يعرف بالتعليم المقاولاتي، الذي ظهر نتيجة ضرورة ملحة لوضع مجال المقاولاتية ضمن نظام تعليمي منهجي على مستوى مؤسسات التعليم العالي، حتى يتم ضبطه في أطر منهجية واستراتيجية سليمة، وضمان تحقق الفعالية من نتائجه. وفي هذا المجال تبرز تجربة جامعة الأرض EARTH University كتجربة رائدة في المجال، وذلك نتيجة لاستراتيجيتها الفعالة القائمة على تبني وبناء نظام تعليمي جامعي قائم على مفهوم المقاولاتية، مما سمح لها بتحقيق نتائج ايجابية جدا في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستراتيجية، المقاولاتية، التعليم المقاولاتي، تجربة جامعة الأرض تصنيف JEL : E60 ؛ I28 Abstract: Entrepreneurship is one of the vital fields that has recorded a wide presence within the interests of many countries and governments, especially in light of its prominent economic and social impacts, and this has inevitably been reflected in the development of its concepts, curricula and strategies. We find within this development the emergence of what is known as entrepreneurial education, which emerged as a result of an urgent need to place the field of entrepreneurship within a systematic educational system at the level of higher education institutions, so that it can be regulated within sound methodological and strategic frameworks, and to ensure the effectiveness of its results. In this field, the experience of EARTH University stands out as a pioneering experience in the field, as a result of its effective strategy based on adopting and building a university education system based on the concept of entrepreneurship, which allowed it to achieve very positive results in this field.
