أخلاقيات مهن الصحة والمساءلة: قراءة في حدود العلاقة

الملخص
يناقش هذا المقال العلاقة بين المساءلة وأخلاقيات مهن الصحة، مبرزا حدود وأهمية هذه العلاقة، بحيث تمثل أخلاق مهن الصحة الممارسة المهنية المتقنة والتي تتميز بالأمانة والصدق والنزاهة في التعامل مع المرضى، بينما تشير المساءلة الى الالتزام بتقديم تبريرات عن الأفعال والقرارات المتخذة مع تحمل مسؤولية نتائجها ـ ومن هنا فإن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الترابطية بين أخلاقيات مهن الصحة والمساءلة، وذلك من خلال تقديم قراءة نظرية في الخصوصية المفاهيمية لمتغيرات الدراسة بالاستعانة بمختلف النماذج المعرفية في حقل السياسات العامة، وأيضا إبراز مدى قدرة هذه العلاقة في الانتقال بقطاع الصحة الى وضع أكثر كفاءة ورفاه، خصوصا في ظل الاجتهادات الدولية القائمة للرفع من تنافسية خدمات قطاع الصحة ـ This article discusses the connection between accountability and the ethics of health professions, emphasizing the boundaries of this relationship. Ethics in health professions represent proficient professional practice characterized by honesty, truthfulness, and integrity in dealing with patients. Meanwhile, accountability refers to the commitment to provide justifications for actions and decisions made, bearing responsibility for their outcomes. The aim of this study is to reveal the nature of the interrelated relationship between the ethics of health professions and accountability through a theoretical analysis of the conceptual specificity of the study variables, utilizing various cognitive models in the field of public policy. Furthermore, it seeks to demonstrate how this relationship can enhance the efficiency and welfare of the health sector, especially amid ongoing international efforts to boost the competitiveness of health sector services.
