Abstract

شهدت السنوات القليلة الماضية قفزات تكنولوجية هائلة في مجال وسائل الاتصال والمعلومات كان أهمها ظهور شبكات المعلومات الدولية ( الانترنت ) التي ألغت حدود الزمان والمكان ، وقربت المسافات بين البشر وأصبح الانترنيت نافذة مفتوحة على العالم ، والإبحار فيه عمل يومي لا يستغني عنه من يريد التواصل مع الآخرين ، ولانخراط في المجتمعات العالمية أو البحث عن المعلومات . خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة توضح مدى تاثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في فلسفة التربية والتعليم لدى الطالب الجامعي في الأقسام الداخلية جامعة بابل ، وانه لم يعد بإمكان متصفحي الانترنت للاستغناء عنها ، لما توفره من إخبار وتغطية شاملة وعاجلة ومعلومات ومعارف مفيدة ومتنوعة ، ومحادثة مع الأهل والأصدقاء وزملاء الدراسة والعمل وتبادل الملفات والصور ومقاطع الفيديو ، إضافة إلى أنها مجالا مفتوحا لتبادل الآراء والتعليقات على الآراء والردود على تلك التعليقات . واستعمال الانترنت في الأقسام الداخلية للطلبة ، وذلك بتخصص قاعه مركزية في القسم الداخلي ويخصص لها مسؤول ويُخصص وقت محدد في اليوم لكل طالب، وفق سياق عمل منظم في سجلات خاصة لهذا الغرض. وبينت الدراسة أهم الاثار الايجابية والسلبية لاستخدام الانترنت . The study concluded a result that shows the extent of the impact of social networks on the philosophy of education among the university student in the internal departments of the University of Babylon, the most important of which was the emergence of international information networks (Internet) that abolished the boundaries of time and space, and brought the distances between people closer and the Internet became an open window to the world, and sailing in it is a daily work that is indispensable for those who want to communicate with others, and to engage in global societies or search for information. The study concluded a result that shows the extent of the impact of social networks on the audience of recipients, and that Internet surfers can no longer do without them, because of the news and comprehensive and urgent coverage and useful and diverse information and knowledge, and a conversation with family, friends, classmates, work and exchange of files, photos and videos, in addition to that it is an open field for the exchange of views and comments on opinions and responses to those comments. And the use of the Internet in the internal sections of students, by allocating a central hall in the internal section and allocated an official and allocating a specific time in the day for each student, according to the context of work organized in special records for this purpose. The study showed the most important positive and negative effects of Internet use
