الملخص
استنادا الى أهمية الدور الذي يقوم به الموقعان في تناولها للقضايا العراقية وما يؤديه ذلك من احداث تغيير في اتجاهات الدول إزاء القضايا العراقية ، وجد الباحث ان الضرورة تقتضي اعداد بحث علمي بعنوان ( التناول الإعلامي للقضايا العراقية في المواقع الإخبارية الدولية وانعكاساته على الجمهور العراقي : دراسة تحليلية ميدانية للأخبار في موقعي الحرة الامريكية وروسيا اليوم ) وهي بطبيعتها دراسة مسحية يستخدم فيها الباحث المنهج المسحي بشقيه الوصفي التحليلي في تحديد مجتمع البحث ، والاستعانة باستمارة الاستبيان وتوزيعها على عينة من مجتمع البحث لجمع البيانات والمعلومات ، وكذلك الاعتماد على استمارة تحليل المضمون لتحليل الرسائل الإعلامية لموقعي القناتين ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج أهمها : 1- تصدر المجال السياسي في كلا الموقعين (موقع الحرة الاخباري وروسيا اليوم) في تناولهما للقضايا العراقية. 2-بروز قضية الوجود والتدخل الأجنبي في العراق كقضية استراتيجية تشغل العراقيين ،بعد اجراء الدراسة في موقع روسيا اليوم ، وقضية تهديد التنظيمات المتطرفة كقضية تشغل العراقيين بعد اجراء الدراسة في موقع الحرة الامريكية. 3-بروز فن الخبر الصحفي في موقع الحرة وروسيا اليوم بالمرتبة الأولى على باقي الفنون الصحفية اثناء التناول الإعلامي للقضايا العراقية في موقعي الدراسة. Based on the importance of the role played by the two sites in dealing with Iraqi issues and the resulting change in the attitudes of countries towards Iraqi issues, the researcher found that the necessity requires the preparation of a scientific research entitled (Media Handling of Iraqi Issues in International News Sites and its Implications for the Iraqi Public: A Field Analytical Study of News in Al-Hurra and Russia Today websites), which is by its nature a survey study in which the researcher uses the survey method, both descriptive and analytical, in determining the research community, and the use of the questionnaire form And distribute it to a sample of the research community to collect data and information, as well as relying on the content analysis form to analyze the media messages of the two channels sites. The study came to a number of conclusions, such as: 1- The political field was at the forefront in both websites (Alhurra News and Russia Today) in their coverage of Iraqi issues. 2-The emergence of the issue of foreign presence and intervention in Iraq as a strategic issue that occupies Iraqis, after conducting the study on the Russia Today website, and the issue of the threat of extremist organizations as an issue that occupies Iraqis after conducting the study on the American Alhurra website. 3-The emergence of the art of journalistic news on the Alhurra and Russia Today websites in the first place over the rest of the journalistic arts during the media coverage of Iraqi issues on the two study websites
