Organizational Factors For Women’s Success In The Administrative Sector

Abstract
This research is part of the studies focusing on the factors promoting or hindering success in administration, it allows us to understand these success factors for women and the strategies put in place by the organization which help them to succeed in management positions. management in administration. To achieve this, we opted for a qualitative approach where 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted with executives and senior managers of a service organization. The conclusions confirm the presence of organizational factors and emphasize organizational support where balance between personal and professional life seems most essential.
