دور الخطة المالية في استمرارية المؤسسة الناشئة من منظور: استخدام الموارد والرقابة -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الناشئة-

الملخص
تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الخطة المالية في استمرارية المؤسسة الناشئة من خلال مدخل استخدام الموارد المالية والرقابة، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى مفاهيم المؤسسة الناشئة والخطة المالية بها وعلاقتها مع استمرارية المؤسسة، وتم الاعتماد في الجانب التطبيقي على الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على أصحاب وموظفي المؤسسات الناشئة، إذ كانت العينة مكونة من 30 فرد، وقد تم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج .SPSS ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر أهمها: لا يوجد اثر ذو دلالة معنوية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 للخطة المالية على استمرارية المؤسسة الناشئة من منظور استخدام الموارد والرقابة ذات علاقة بالمتغيرات الشخصية والفنية حسب اعتقاد أفراد عينة الدراسة In the current study, we tackled the topic of the role of the financial plan in the continuity of a start-up organisation through the approach of using financial resources and control. In the theoretical aspect, we discussed the concepts of a start-up, its financial plan and its relationship with the continuity of the organisation. In the applied aspect, the applied study was adopted using a questionnaire distributed to the owners and employees of start-up organisations, the sample consisted of 30 individuals, Hence, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) are used to analyze the collected data. The study came up with a set of findings, the most important of which are: There is no significant effect at a significance level of 0.01 of the financial plan on the continuity of the start-up from the perspective of resource utilisation and control related to the personal and technical variables according to the perception of the study sample members Dans l'étude actuelle, nous avons abordé le thème du rôle du plan financier dans la continuité d'une organisation en démarrage à travers l'approche de l'utilisation des ressources financières et du contrôle. Dans l'aspect théorique, nous avons discuté des concepts d'une start-up, de son plan financier et de sa relation avec la continuité de l'organisation. Dans l'aspect appliqué, l'étude appliquée a été adoptée à l'aide d'un questionnaire distribué aux propriétaires et aux employés d'organisations en démarrage, l'échantillon était composé de 30 personnes. Par conséquent, le progiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS) a été utilisé pour analyser les données collectées. L'étude a abouti à un ensemble de résultats, dont les plus importants sont les suivants : Il n'y a pas d'effet significatif à un niveau de signification de 0,01 du plan financier sur la continuité de la start-up du point de vue de l'utilisation des ressources et du contrôle liés aux variables personnelles et techniques selon la perception des membres de l'échantillon d'étude
