الملخص
تهدف الدّراسة إلى تناول ظاهرة الضعف اللغوي، والتي هي أساسا ضعف المتعلمين في أداء المهارات اللغوية للغة العربية واللغات الاجنبية والمتمثلة في الاستماع، التعبير، القراءة، الكتابة. كما ستبين الدراسة أسباب وعوامل الضعف اللغوي بين المتعلمين في الطور النهائي، كالعوامل التاريخية المتمثلة في الاستعمار، والتعددية اللغوية، وأسباب متصلة بالمتعلمين كعدم اقبالهم على القراءة والمطالعة المستمرتين خارج المقرر الدراسي، وكذلك تأثير وسائل التوصل الاجتماعي التي يستعمل فيها روادها من المتعلمين مزيج من اللغات واللهجات والرموز، أو كما تسمى العربيزي، وستقترح الدراسة بعض التوصيات لعلاج الظاهرة. The study aims to address the phenomenon of linguistic weakness, which is mainly the learners' weakness in performing the language skills of Arabic and foreign languages represented in listening, expression, reading, and writing. The study will also show the causes and factors of linguistic weakness among learners in the final stage, such as historical factors represented by colonialism, multilingualism, and reasons related to learners such as their lack of interest in continuous reading and reading outside the course, as well as the impact of social media in which learners use a mixture of languages and dialects. And symbols, or as they are called Arabizi, and the study will suggest some recommendations to treat the phenomenon.
