The study aims to determine the reality of employing social media, specifically the Facebook in the CSR communication of Condor company, by analysing the Condor company's Facebook page publications between November 2019 to October, 2020, based on the theory of stakeholders, and the CSR communication strategies of morsing & Schultz (2006), the study was concerned with analysing CSR publications, using the descriptive approach and relying on the content analysis tool. The results of the study showed the Condor Company’s interest in communicating about CSR programs via Facebook, but it relies on informing stakeholders about it without involving them in CSR programs, its publications focus on charitable works with human and social dimensions.
