القوة الإقليمية : إشكالية تداخل المفهوم وكيفية توظيف المؤشرات الجزائر نموذجا.

ملخص :تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على استنباط مفهوم القوة الإقليمية من حيث تعريفها وتفسيرها النظري خاصة في حقل العلاقات الدولية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المؤشرات التي يمكن من خلالها أن نؤصل لمفهوم موحد علميا مع التعرف على الاختلافات التي تحدد معايير القوة بين الدول التي تهيمن في فضائها الإقليمي وبالتالي تمارس أدوارا إقليمية في ظل التنافس الإقليمي بين الدول الواقعة في الجغرافيا الواحدة لذا تم محاولة تطبيق مؤشرات القوة الإقليمية للجزائر وقدرتها على ممارسة ذلك انطلاقا من محددات وامكانيات المؤهلة لذلك. إن الاهتمام بالبحث في هذا الموضوع يمكن مرده إلى تشابك الدراسات والأبحاث حول تناول القوة الإقليمية لأي إقليم ما ولتوسيع دائرة البحث في هذه الإشكالية تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن المساعدان على التفسير والتحليل كما تم الاستعانة بالمنهج النقدي لغرض التفكيك الإبستمولوجي للموضوع وفي الأخير يمكن القول أن المحاولات المعرفية في تحديد المفهوم –القوة الإقليمية- ساهمت ولو بشكل نسبي في إيجاد التصورات النظرية المفسرة للقوة الإقليمية وهذه الأخيرة تتوفر في الجزائر بفضل الإمكانات التي تساعدها على لعب دور رئيسي في إقليمها سواء الفضاء الإفريقي أو العربي الإسلامي : This study sheds some light on extrapolating the concept of regional power, including its definition and its theoretical interpretation especially in the international relations realm, inaddition to originating a unified scientific concept and get to know the differences that determine the power standards between the dominant states in their regional space this is what qualifies them to exercise a regional role in shade of the regional rivalry among states in a shared geographical area. Therefore, the regional power indicators have been attempted to be applied on Algeria and its ability to play its regional roles beginning from certain determinants and the potentials eligible for that. The attention to research on this subject can be attributed to the intertwining of studies and research dealing with the regional power for any region and to broaden the research scope of this dilemma, the descriptive and comparative approaches have been used to interpretation and analysis. As well as, the critical approach has been used for the epistemological dismantling. Finally, it can be said that cognitive attempts to define the concept- regional powers- have contributed relatively to finding the theoretical perceptions that explain the regional power.
