Toward A Combined Approach For Requirements Engineering Of Saas

Abstract
The Software as a ser-vice (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applica-tions over the Inter-net-as a service. De-spite its increasing acceptance within the industry, many im-portant questions re-main unanswered. Issues related to the best software architec-tures decisions for cloud-based systems are faced with the question of appropri-ate techniques apply-ing at early phase like requirements engi-neering. Requirements Engineering (RE) is one of the core Software Engineering activities. The Requirements elic-itation is very im-portant and non-trivial task in the Require-ments Engineering activities. The paper highlights problems in Service oriented Re-quirements Engineer-ing (SoRE), and pre-sents guidelines to-ward a hybrid ap-proach for elicitng re-quirements based on VORD viepoints RE method and i* model of the GoRE.
