The Effect Of Quality Management System On Sustainability Of Ministry Of Infrastructure And Urban Development In The Northern State Of Sudan: The Mediating Role Of Consulting Engineering Works And Engineering Professional Ethics

Abstract
This study investigated the mediating effect of (CEW) & (EPE) on the relationship between (QMS) and (MS). The problem of the study focuses on weakness in Ministry’s Performance indicators perform to decrease of (MS) level, The main hypothesis is (CEW) and (EPE) together mediated the relationship between (QMS) and (MS). The study adopted the quantitative research method. The result of path analysis showed that the full mediation was achieved.
