الملخص
اعتبرت الصين كأمة كبيرة وقديمة حضاريا بأنها من أقدم الأمم التي عرفت تأليف الكتب وبالتالي تجميعها في المكتبات. تتناول ورقة البحث هذه دراسة مختصرة للوضع التاريخي والحالي للمكتبات في الصين. مع مقارنة مظاهر التطور عبر التاريخ وحالات التراجع التي عرفتها المكتبات من حيث الخلفيات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والعلمية والتكنولوجية والتعليمية والثقافية حتى يومنا هذا. وتعرف الصين بأنها بلاد أقدم أنظمة الكتابة حولي 3000 سنة قبل الميلاد، وأنها من أكبر المساهمين في تطوير وسائل الكتابية بشكل مستمر بسبب التقنيات المستعملة كالحبر الصيني وأنواعه المختلفة، وكذلك الكتابة على قصب الخيزران ثمّ استعمال الحرير للكتابة الذي كان ظاهرة إبداعية صينية بامتياز، كما أنّ الورق المستعمل اليوم بشكل واسع في جميع أنحاء العالم يعد اختراع صينيا قديما. ويضاف إلى إنجازات الصين الكبيرة الطباعة بالأحرف الثابتة ثم الطباعة بالأحرف المتحركة. وعليه فإنه من البديهي تقديم هذا العرض السريع من أجل معرفة أهم المشكلات الرئيسية التي تؤثر على تطورات المكتبات الصينية المعاصرة، مع رؤية مختصرة لتطور الكتب والمكتبات في الصين من خلال مطالعة بعض البحوث التي قدمت باللسان الإنجليزي خصوصا ونقلها إلى القارئ باللسان العربي. History of books and libraries in China is essential from a scientific, cultural, and cognitive point of view for a number of reasons, the most important is that writing in China appeared at an earlier time than many countries in the world today and is among the oldest ever, around 3000 B.C. Secondly, the instruments of writing in ancient and modern China were subject to continuous development due to the techniques used, such as Chinese ink and its various types, as well as writing on bamboo cane and then using silk, which was a Chinese creative phenomenon par excellence, and the paper widely used today all over the world is an ancient Chinese invention that broke the monopoly of the Chinese. China's accumulated heritage of writing, books, libraries, technologies, and policies has made the Chinese among the leading nations culturally, scientifically, industrially, and creatively. This paper briefly examines the historical and current status of libraries in China. It compares the historical development and decline of libraries in terms of social, political, economic, scientific, technological, educational, and cultural backgrounds up to the present day. It also enables the reader to identify the main issues affecting the development of contemporary Chinese libraries. It is a brief overview of the development of books and libraries in China by reading some of the research papers presented in non-Arabic languages and transferring them to the reader in the Arabic language.
