مقاربة سوسيولوجية لنظريات البيروقراطية وعلاقتها بالاغتراب الوظيفي – دراسة نظرية-

الملخص
يهدف المقال إلى التعرف على العلاقة التي تربط البيروقراطية باغتراب العمال. لقد ساهمت الثورة الصناعية في بروز النظام الرأسمالي، فكان لزاما إرساء تنظيمات جديدة تتلاءم مع المرحلة وجعلها تتمتع بأعلى درجات الكفاءة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالمنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي. وقد أسفرت النتائج على مظاهر سلبية فقد أغفلت الحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية للأفراد. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة خلق مناخ تنظيمي ايجابي، وذلك بدعم العاملين على تحسين قنوات التواصل مع رؤسائهم التخلص من النماذج البيروقراطية التقليدية والتوجه إلى تنظيمات ما بعد الحداثة. The article aims to learn about the relationship that bureaucracy has with workers' alienation. The industrial revolution contributed to the emergence of the capitalist system, and it was necessary to establish new regulations that were tailored to the stage and to make them of the highest efficiency. In order to achieve the study's objectives, descriptive and historical methodologies were used. The results have resulted in negative manifestations, overlooking individuals' psychosocial needs. The study recommended the need to create a positive regulatory climate, by supporting workers to improve communication channels with their superiors to eliminate traditional bureaucratic models and head to post-modern organizations.
