ملخص المقال : يهدف موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجةِ قضيةٍ غايةً في الأهمية، والمتمثلة في جدلية العلاقة الواصلة بين المنهج والحِجاج في الصناعة الأصولية، وأيُّهما يحتاج الآخرَ، وذلك بالنظر في ثنائيتين: " أصول الفقه والمنهج، أصول الفقه والحِجاج"، نتيجته: أنَّ التفكير الأصولي تفكيرٌ ممنهجٌ، له مرجعيته التي يُعرض عليها، ويُسبر بها، مع تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين المنهج الأصولي والحِجاج الشرعي، ويتوقف كل ذلك على بابة رئيسة، وهي ضبط مفهوم المصطلحين (المنهج والحِجاج) في سياق التعددية المفهومية. Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to address a critically important issue, namely the dialectical relationship between methodology and argumentation in the field of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh), and to determine which of the two necessitates the other. This is explored through the examination of two dualities: "Usul al-Fiqh and Methodology" "Usul al-Fiqh and Argumentation." The result is that jurisprudential reasoning is methodical, with its own established references that are both presented and scrutinized. The paper also delineates the nature of the relationship between jurisprudential methodology and legal argumentation. All of this hinges on a key element, which is the precise definition of the terms "methodology" and "argumentation" within the context of conceptual
