المشاكل الأسرية في المغرب الأوسط أواخر العصر الوسيط من خلال النصوص النوازلية وسياقاتها المعاصرة - الذمّة المالية للزوجة مثالا –

الملخص
قامت الدراسة بتتبّع ومقارنة مسألة الذمّة المالية للمرأة في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط، وفي المجتمع الجزائري المعاصر، وتوصّلت إلى وجود هذه الذمّة خلال الفترتين مع اختلاف في طبيعتها؛ حيث ارتبطت غالبا في الفترة المعاصرة براتب المرأة، ولاحظنا ذلك الحرص من طرف هذه الأخيرة على مالها، ومبادرتها لمساعدة الزوج أو إعانته في شؤون الأسرة، وطرحه كأحد أسباب المشاكل الأسرية في المجتمعين الوسيط والمعاصر على السواء، لكن في المقابل استوقفنا عدم قدرة الأسرة المعاصرة على تجاوز هذا المشكل، وتحّوله إلى سبب رئيس لإنهاء العلاقة الزوجية عكس ما كان عليه الأمر في الفترة الوسيطة، أين نجحت المرأة عموما في المحافظة على أسرتها. The study followed and compared the issue of women’s financial responsibility in the society of the central Maghreb during the Middle Ages, and in contemporary Algerian society, and concluded that this responsibility existed during both periods with a difference in its nature; as it was often linked in the contemporary period to the woman’s salary. We noticed the latter’s keenness on her money, and her initiative to help or assist the husband in family affairs, and her presentation of it as one of the causes of family problems in both medieval and contemporary societies. However, in contrast, we were struck by the inability of the contemporary family to overcome this problem, and its transformation into a major reason for ending the marital relationship, unlike what was the case in the intermediate period, when women generally succeeded in preserving their families.
