The Question Of Justice In Contemporary Political Philosophy Between The Concept And The Problematic Dimension

Abstract
The essence of the establishment of human societies, justice, including states and political systems that relied on the concept of the social contract as a legal and political formula that defines the nature of the political relationship between individuals and the state, which in turn embodies the bond of citizenship, this relationship between the ruler and the ruled, which results in a set of rights and duties based on the principle of consent between all for the purpose of achieving common interests Justice as a moral virtue, a religious, political and economic value, and a social phenomenon has been associated since the dawn of history and under ancient societies and civilizations with the concept of religious divine justice in ancient theocratic governments and to this day in many countries, and political, legal and economic justice in modern political systems with secular, liberal, democratic or Marxist orientations, and justice is determined by its association with many values such as equality, freedom, truth, goodness, equity and wealth إن جوهر قيام المجتمعات الإنسانية، العدالة بما فيها الدول والأنظمة السياسية التي اعتمدت على مفهوم العقد الاجتماعي كصيغة قانونية وسياسية تحدد طبيعة العلاقة السياسية بين الأفراد والدولة التي تجسد بدورها رابطة المواطنة، هذه العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكومين التي ينتج عنها جملة من الحقوق والواجبات القائمة على مبدأ الرضا بين الجميع وهذا بغرض تحقيق المصالح المشتركة. إن العدالة باعتبارها فضيلة أخلاقية وقيمة دينية وسياسية واقتصادية وظاهرة اجتماعية، ارتبطت منذ فجر التاريخ وفي ظل المجتمعات والحضارات القديمة بمفهوم العدالة الإلهية (الدينية) في الحكومات التيوقراطية قديما وإلى يومنا هذا في الكثير من الدول، وبالعدالة السياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية في الأنظمة السياسية الحديثة ذات التوجهات العلمانية الليبرالية (الديمقراطية) أو الماركسية، كما تتحد العدالة الاجتماعية بارتباطها بالعديد من القيم كالمساواة والحرية والحق والخير والإنصاف والثروة.
