الأسرة الجزائرية المعاصرة براديغمات تناول التنظيم والتحول المؤسساتي.

الملخص
تعتبر التحولات الكبرى التي تتعرض لها الأسرة الجزائرية باستمرار حقلا معرفيا واسعا لعلم الاجتماع تقتضي منه حركية بحثية قوية وعميقة تستطيع استنطاق كل مجالات هذا التحول وفهم حقيقته، لذلك فإن التحدي الحقيقي الذي يوجهه علم الاجتماع اليوم هو مدى قدرته على بناء براديغمات بحثية متجددة تحقق له القدرة على مواكبة موجة التغير في بنية تنظيم الأسرة الجزائرية المعاصرة وتحولها المؤسساتي الملحوظ وتساعده في بناء معرفة علمية موضوعية تستفيد منها الأسرة الجزائرية أولا وتستفيد منها حركة التنمية ثانيا، ونعمل في هذه الطرح على تفكيك مؤشرات التغير في بنية تنظيم الأسرة الجزائرية التي تستدعي براديغمات بحثية جديدة قادرة على فهم هذا التغير والتنبؤ به أيضا. The major transformations that the Algerian family is constantly undergoing are a broad field of knowledge for sociology that requires a strong and deep research movement that can interrogate all areas of this transformation and understand its reality. Therefore, the real challenge facing sociology today is the extent of its ability to build renewed research paradigms that enable it to keep pace with the wave of change in the structure of the organization of the contemporary Algerian family and its noticeable institutional transformation and help it build objective scientific knowledge that benefits the Algerian family first and the development movement second. In this proposal, we work to deconstruct the indicators of change in the structure of the organization of the Algerian family, which calls for new research paradigms capable of understanding this change and predicting it as well.
