الملخص

- الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على الأبعاد النفسية لظاهرة العنف المدرسي، من خلال دراسة ميدانية في متوسطات ولاية المسيلة. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي واستبيان لجمع المعلومات بطريقة قصدية على عينة من المتعلمين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأبعاد النفسية للعنف المدرسي عند عينة الدراسة تتمثل في القلق والاكتئاب والعدوان والتعصب، وهي غالبًا ما تؤدي بالمتعلمين إلى ممارسة العنف داخل المؤسسات التربوية. لذا توصي الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالتلاميذ المراهقين كأفراد لهم مشاكلهم النفسية، مع فهم ومعرفة مطالب النمو في هذه المرحلة، والتي قد تؤثر عليهم وعلى مسارهم الدراسي. فالنجاح يعتمد على مدى فعالية المراهق المرتبطة بحسن توافقه النفسي. Abstract: The current study aimed to examine the psychological dimensions of the phenomenon of school violence through a field study conducted in middle schools in the city of M’sila. The researchers used a descriptive approach and a questionnaire to collect information intentionally from a sample of learners. The study found that the psychological dimensions of school violence in the sample included anxiety, depression, aggression, and intolerance, which often lead learners to engage in violence within educational institutions. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of paying attention to adolescent students as individuals with their own psychological problems, understanding and recognizing the developmental needs at this stage, which in turn can affect them and their academic paths. Success depends on the effectiveness of adolescents related to their psychological adjustment.
