دور الوقف الرقمي في تطوير الأوقاف واستدامتها

الملخص
الوقف هو من أهمّ وأقدم الرّكائز الأساسيّة الّتي ساهمت في بناء النّظام الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المجتمع الإسلامي عبر العصور، وفي ظل التّحوّل الرّقمي الّذي يشهده العالم نتجت عنه أشكال جديدة للوقف تعرف بالوقف الإلكتروني، وهي أداة حديثة تهدف إلى تعزيز ودعم استدامة الأوقاف في ظلّ التّطوّر التّكنلوجي الهائل، وتلبية لحاجيات المجتمع ككلّ في الحصول على خدمات الوقف بأسلوب سهل وسريع وفعّال، مع تسليط الضّوء على أهمّية دمج الأنظمة الرّقميّة المتطوّرة في قطاع الأوقاف لتحقيق مستويات أعلى من الكفاءة والشّفافيّة، واستعادة مكانة الوقف كمؤسّسة تنموية مؤثرة، ويأتي هذا لمواجهة التّحدّيات الّتي تعرّضت لها الأوقاف من تضييق وضعف وتراجع في العالم الإسلامي. Abstract: Waqf is one of the most important and oldest basic pillars that have contributed to building in the social and economic system of Islamic society. In the face of change and the digital transformation that the world is witnessing, new forms of waqf have emerged, electronic waqf, which is a modern tool that aims to improve and support the sustainability of waqf funds in the face of tremendous technological development and to meet the needs of the society as a whole in obtaining waqf fund services in a simple, fast and efficient manner, while emphasizing the importance of integrating advanced digital systems in the foundation sector to achieve higher levels of efficiency and transparency and to restore the position of waqf as an influential development institution, which comes to face the challenges that foundations have been exposed to due to restrictions, weakness and decline in the Islamic world. The e-waqf also seeks to revive this ancient system and modernize its mechanisms to meet the demands of the present. Keywords: Waqf, e-waqf, Digital Platforms, Waqf Management, Waqf Sustainabilit.
