الملخص
الملخص: لا يختلف اثنان أن للمكتبة قيمتها العلمية والاجتماعية مند الأزل،وخاصة المكتبات العمومية التي توجه خدماتها إلى مختلف شرائح المجتمع،فتتنوع هذه الأخيرة بين الخدمات الملموسة والمحسوسة فنجدها تشارك الأفراد مختلف المناسبات بين العلمية،التثقيفية،الدينية... وتساهم بشكل مباشر في التوعية والتثقيف والتعليم والتشجيع على مختلف الإبداعات وتنمية المهارات والقدرات وحتى تطوير الذات، لذا وأمام هذه المسؤوليات الجمة ،نجد المكتبي أو أخصائي المعلومات في هذا النوع من المكتبات يسعى جاهدا ليكتمل دور المكتبة في المجتمع وتحقق أهدافها في التأثير والتغيير،فانتقل بها من مكان لتخزين واسترجاع المعلومات في مختلف مصادرها إلى منارة للعلم والتثقيف والتوعية والتربية،بفضل مجهودات أهل الاختصاص ووعي المسئولين بقيمة المكتبات العمومية وتأثيراتها الغير محدودة في المجتمع بمختلف شرائحه نجد نشاطاتها العلمية ،التثقيفية ،الترفيهية ،التربوية والتكوينية من ندوات،ملتقيات وأيام دراسية... ترافق شرائح المجتمع في مختلف المناسبات،لذا تساءلنا في هذا البحث عن أساليب وإستراتيجيات تعزيز دور المكتبة العمومية في التثقيف والتعليم والتربية والتغيير بما يتلاءم مع المستجدات الحديثة والرغبات المتغيرة والمتطورة بين ذهنيات الأفراد؟ وتساءلنا عن مدى مساهمتها في دعم الصناعات الإبداعية والثقافية في المجتمع الكلمات المفتاحية: المكتبات العمومية ؛ الصناعات الإبداعية ؛ ثقافة المجتمع. Summary: There is no doubt that libraries have had scientific and social value since ancient times, especially public libraries that cater to various segments of society. These libraries offer tangible and intangible services, participating in various occasions such as scientific, educational, and religious events. They directly contribute to awareness, education, and encouragement of creativity, skills development, self-improvement, and even personal growth. Therefore, librarians or information specialists in these types of libraries strive to fulfill the library's role in society and achieve its goals of influence and change. They have transformed libraries from mere storage and retrieval places for information from various sources into beacons of knowledge, education, awareness, and upbringing. Thanks to the efforts of experts and the awareness of decision-makers about the value of public libraries and their unlimited impact on society, we find their activities encompassing scientific, educational, entertainment, educational, and training aspects. These activities include seminars, conferences, and study days that accompany different segments of society on various occasions. Therefore, in this research, we questioned the methods and strategies to enhance the role of public libraries in education, upbringing, and change, in line with modern developments and the changing and evolving desires of individuals.
