تحديات زراعة الزيتون في منطقة قصر الأخيار واستراتيجيات التكييف اعداد: ابتسام عبدالسلام كشيب() الملخص: منطقة قصر الأخبار من المناطق المعروفة في زراعة أشجار الزيتون حيث تناولت مشكلة الدراسة أصناف الزيتون المزروعة وتطرقت إلى المشكلات والآفات والأمراض التي تتعرض لها شجرة الزيتون، واعتمدت الدراسة على ثلاث مناهج في دراستها وهي المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي والتحليلي، وترجع أهمية البحث إلى فهم الان الأنماط الزراعية وخلق فرص عمل جيدة لسكان الأرياف، واستدلت الدراسة بعدة مراجع سواء كانت كتب أو أبحاث حول أشجار الزيتون. وتعد شجرة الزيتون من أقدم الأشجار المثمرة، والتي يحظى حوض البحر المتوسط بزراعتها، والتي تتميز بقدرتها على التكيف في الظروف المناخية القاسية، ولذلك كانت الخيار المثالي للزراعة في تلك للمناطق، ومن الجدير بالذكر أن شجرة الزيتون تتعرض للآفات والأمراض التي تحد من قدرتها الإنتاجية، لا سيما الأصناف المستحدثة مؤخراً في المنطقة، وتعاني منطقة حوض البحر المتوسط من تقلبات المناخ وقلة المياه عامة، ومنطقة الدراسة خاصة حيث أنها تعتمد في ري اشجار الزيتون على مياه الأمطار والتي بدأت تتناقص تدريجياً مع تفاقم ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري. ومن أهم إستراتيجيات التكيف، اختيار اضاف زيتون مقاومة للأمراض إلى جانب التنوع الزراعي بحيث تُزرع محاصيل زراعية أخرى مع اشجار الزيتون لتحسين الاستدامة وتقليل المخاطر. وأخيرا وليس آخراً استعرضنا مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات لإيجاد الحلول والمقترحات لزراعة الزيتون. الكلمات المفتاحية: زراعة الزيتون - أصناف الزيتون - التسميد. Abstract The Qasr al-Akhyar region is a well-known area for olive tree Cultivation, and the study addressed the Cultivated olive varieties and the issues, pests and diseases to which the olive tree is exposed. The study relied on three approaches in its study, descriptive, historical and analytical. The importance of the research is due to understanding agricultural Patterns and Creating good job opportunities for rural residents, and the study cited several references whether books or re search on olive trees. The olive tree is one of the oldest fruit trees in the Mediterranean basin, which is characterised Π by its ability to adapt to harsh Climatic Conditions, Π making it the ideal choice for Cultivation in these regions. It is worth noting that the olive tree is exposed to pests and diseases that limit its productive Capacity, especially the varieties recently. developed in the region, and the Mediterranean region suffers from Climate fluctuations and water scarcity in general, and the study area in particular, as it relies on rain water to irrigate olive tree, which is gradually decreasing as global warming exacerbates the phenomenon. One of the most important adaptation. strategies is the selection of disease-resistant olive varieties as well as agricultural diversification so that other agricultural Crops are planted with olive trees to improve sustainability and minimise risks.
