Artificial Intelligence: The New Cognitive Terrain For World Domination

Abstract
As a conceptual, theoretical and procedural foundation at several levels, the article evaluates and examines in an abstract way the process aimed at understanding and adapting to the accelerated spread of cross-border artificial intelligence systems, which has led to a reconsideration of traditional theoretical concepts and approaches ; explaining the global transformations characterized by the disturbances and the lack of inter-coordination between the active units that compose it, as well as the change in the field of hegemony between the active forces of the world system. Thus, we relied on a systematic scientific plan through which It was possible to answer the problem of the study by examining the scientific hypothesis aimed at verifying the extent of the influence of artificial intelligence systems as a field of global hegemony. In conclusion, the study has achieved results that reveal the paradoxes and the narrow gaps between the scientific and practical aspects. En tant que fondement conceptuel, théorique et procédural à plusieurs niveaux, l'article traite de manière évaluative et examine de manière abstraite le processus visant à comprendre et à s'adapter à la propagation accélérée des systèmes d'intelligence artificielle transfrontaliers, ce qui a conduit à une reconsidération des concepts théoriques traditionnels et des approches expliquant les transformations globales caractérisées par les troubles et le manque d'inter coordination entre les unités actives qui y sont actives, ainsi que le changement dans le domaine de l'hégémonie entre les forces actives du système mondial. Ainsi, on s’est appuyé sur un plan scientifique systématique grâce auquel le problème de l’étude pourrait être résolu en examinant l’hypothèse scientifique pour vérifier l’étendue de l’influence des systèmes d’intelligence artificielle en tant que domaine d’hégémonie mondiale. En conclusion, l'étude a abouti à des résultats qui révèlent les paradoxes et réduisent les écarts entre les aspects scientifiques et pratique. كتأصيل مفهومي-نظري-اجرائي مُتعدد المستويات، يعالج المقال تقويميا ويفحص تجريديا عملية الدفع لفهم واستيعاب الانتشار المتسارع لنظم الذكاء الاصطناعي العابرة للحدود، الذي أدى معه إلى اعادة النظر في المفاهيم والمقاربات النظرية التقليدية المفسرة للتحولات العالمية المتسمة بالاضطراب واللاتنسيق البيني الحاصل بين الوحدات الفاعلة فيه، والتحول في مجال الهيمنة بين القوى الفاعلة في النظام العالمي. بذلك تم الاعتماد على خطة علمية منتظمة أمكن من خلالها الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة عبر فحص الافتراض العلمي للتحقق مدى تأثير نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي كمجال للهيمنة العالمية. وفي الختام خلُصت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج تكشف المفارقات وتضييق الفجوات بين الجانب العلمي والعملي.
