التقسيم الإداري في الجزائر بين المقتضيات التنموية والسياسية

الملخص
منذ الاستقلال شهدت الجزائر عدت تقسيمات إدارية، حيث كان لكل فترة متطلباتها واستراتيجيتها، إلا أن هناك العديد من التساؤلات التي تثار حول دواعي ومبررات مختلف التقسيمات الإدارية التي حصلت، ولأجل ذلك جاءت الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على دواعي ومقتضيات التقسيم الإداري إذا ماكنت ذو ابعاد تنموية أو أبعاد سياسية وإدارية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التقسيم الإداري في الجزائر عبر مختلف مراحله قد غلبت عليه الأبعاد السياسية والإدارية أكثر منه اقتصادي وتنموي. Since independence, Algeria has witnessed several administrative divisions, as each period had its requirements and strategy. However, There are many questions raised about the reasons and justifications for the various administrative divisions that occurred. For this reason, the study came to shed light on the reasons and requirements of the administrative division, whether it had developmental dimensions or political and administrative dimensions. The study concluded that the administrative division in Algeria, throughout its various stages, was dominated by political and administrative dimensions more than economic and developmental dimensions.
