The Impact Of Employees Training And Development On Social Performance: A Study Of Internal Social Corporate Responsibility In The Algerian Banking Sector: The Case Of Cnep Bank

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of employee training and development on social performance within the framework of ICSR at CNEP Bank in Algeria. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 62 bank employees through a structured questionnaire. Results reveal a strong positive relationship between ETD and SP. These findings support the hypothesis that comprehensive ETD programs positively influence social performance indicators in CNEP Bank.
