The Challenges Of Developing The Strategic Agriculture In Algeria As A Mechanism To Guarantee The Sustainable Food Security –with Reference To The Experience Of The Wilayas Of El Oued And Mniaa-

Abstract
Abstract This study aims at showing the importance of developing the strategic agriculture in Algeria because it is a new technique that achieves the agricultural growth. In this regard, because the Algerian Sahara takes the lion’s share of the country’s surface, the state adopted a national strategy to develop the strategic Saharan agriculture to guarantee the sustainable food security. This study uses the descriptive analytical method. Findings show that Algeria has a set of qualifications that enable it to develop the strategic agriculture and achieve the sustainable food security. However, it still faces a set of challenges and risks. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطوير الزراعات الإستراتيجية في الجزائر بإعتبارها كتقنيات مستحدثة لتحقيق التنمية الزراعية ، و في هذا الإطار و بإعتبار الصحراء الجزائرية تمثل الجزء الأكبر من مساحة البلاد سعت الدولة إلى تبني استراتيجية وطنية لتطوير الزراعات الصحراوية الإستراتيجية و إستغلالها لتحقيق أبعاد الأمن الغذائي المستدام . و قد أعتمد على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ، و من النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة: أن الجزائر تحتوى على مجموعة من المؤهلات التي تجعلها قادرة على تطوير الزراعات الإستراتيجية و تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام ، إلا أنها لا تزال تعاني من مجموعة من التحديات و المخاطر .
