الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر عمليات الإمداد العكسي على الأداء البيئي بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للحديد والصلب بجيجل،ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، بالاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وزعت على إطارات بمصالح الشركة، وتم استخدام وسائل وأساليب إحصائية الإحصائية لتحليل الإجابات والنتائج المتوصل إليها لاختبار الفرضيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على وجود أثر لعمليات الإمداد العكسي على الأداء البيئي بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للحديد والصلب بجيجل ، بدرجة مرتفعة قدرت ب(%62,3 )، وكانت جميع عمليات الإمداد العكسي من حيازة المنتج، فحص وفرز، معالجة وإعادة التوزيع والبيع ، ذات درجات تأثير متفاوتة على الأداء البيئي بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للحديد والصلب جيجل. This study aims to identify the impact of reverse supply operations on the environmental performance of the Algerian-Qatari iron and steel company in Jijel.in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach and the case study approach were used, relying on the form as the main data collection tool, distributed to the company's interests, and statistical statistical methods and methods were used to analyze the answers and results to test hypotheses. The study confirmed that there is an impact of reverse supply operations on the environmental performance of the Algerian-Qatari iron and steel company Jijel, with a high degree estimated at (62.3%), and all reverse supply operations from product acquisition, inspection, sorting, processing, redistribution and sale, had varying degrees of impact on the environmental performance of the Algerian-Qatari iron and steel company Jijel.
