الملخص
ملخص إن مرحلة القيد في القوائم الانتخابية هي من أهم المراحل السابقة للعملية الانتخابية، والتي تنعكس آثارها على كافة المراحل اللاحقة. كما أنها شرط ضروري لممارسة الحق في الانتخاب، بحيث تقوم الدولة باتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لحصر الأشخاص الذين تتوافر فيهم شروط الناخب في جداول تسمى بالقائمة الانتخابية. وهذه القوائم يجب مراجعتها بصفة دورية عادة كل سنة، وذلك لتسجيل الأشخاص الذين توفرت فيهم شروط الانتخاب، وحذف أسماء الأشخاص الذين فقدوا أحد هذه الشروط. ولقد وضع المشرع الجزائري العديد من الضمانات للتأكد من صحة وسلامة المعلومات الواردة فيها، كمراجعتها بصفة دورية وعند كل استحقاق انتخابي، واعلان فتح فترة افتتاح المراجعة واختتامها وحق الناخبين في الاطلاع عليها وحقهم في الاعتراض على المعلومات الواردة فيها سواء أمام اللجنة المختصة بمراجعتها أو أمام القضاء وحق الأحزاب السياسية. Abstract The stage of registration in the electoral lists is one of the most important stages prior to the electoral process, and its effects are reflected in all subsequent stages. It is also a necessary condition for exercising the right to vote, as the state takes the necessary measures to list the people who meet the conditions of being a voter in tables called the electoral list. These lists must be reviewed periodically, usually every year, in order to register people who meet the conditions for election, and to delete the names of people who lack one of these conditions. The Algerian legislator has established many guarantees to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the information contained therein, such as reviewing it periodically and at every electoral entitlement, announcing the opening and closing of the review period, the right of voters to view it, their right to object to the information contained therein, whether before the committee responsible for reviewing it or before the judiciary, and the right to political parties.
