عوامل تشكل العنف في الوسط المدرسي_ دراسة تحليلية سوسيولوجية_

الملخص
ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على إحدى معضلات العصر وهي معضلة العنف الممارس في الأوساط المدرسية، وذلك من خلال تقديم طرح نظري تحليلي سوسيولوجي لمجموعة من العوامل التي تدفع بالتلميذ إلى تبني وممارسة سلوكيات عنيفة في المحيط المدرسي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن عوامل تشكل العنف المدرسي ليست وليدة عامل واحد فقط بل مجموعة من العوامل المتشابكة والمتداخلة فيما بينها، منها العوامل المتعلقة بتلميذ ذاته، و أخرى متعلقة بالأسرة وأخرى مرتبطة بالإعلام ، وحتى تلك العوامل المرتبطة بالحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للتلميذ، باعتبار أن سلوك التلميذ وردود أفعاله هي محصلة علاقاته وتفاعلاته داخل كل جماعة ينتمي إليها ويتأثر بها. وعلى ضوء ذلك لابد من الأخذ بهذه العوامل بعين الاعتبار في صياغة استراتيجيات من اجل وقاية وعلاج المدرسة من هذه الظاهرة المستفحلة، و تضافر كل الجهود لدى الجهات ذات الصلة المباشرة وغير المباشرة بالعملية التعليمية ابتدءا بالتلميذ والأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع ككل في محاولة معالجة الظاهرة واحتوائها . الكلمات المفتاحية: المدرسة؛ العنف؛ العنف المدرسي؛ العوامل. :Abstract The aim of this article is to shed light on one of the dilemmas of our time, which is the issue of violence practiced in school environments. This will be done by presenting a theoretical, sociological analysis of a set of factors that drive students to adopt and practice violent behaviors in :the school environment. The study concluded with the following results The factors contributing to school violence are not the result of a single factor but a set of intertwined and overlapping factors. These include factors related to the student themselves, family-related factors, media influences, and even factors related to the social and economic life of the student. This is based on the understanding that the student's behavior and reactions are the result of their relationships and interactions .within every group they belong to and are influenced by In light of this, these factors must be taken into account when formulating strategies to prevent and treat the school from this pervasive phenomenon. It requires the concerted efforts of all parties directly and indirectly involved in the educational process, starting with the student, .family, school, and society as a whole, in an attempt to address and contain the phenomenon .Keywords: School; violence; school violence; factors
