Spiritual Intelligence And Its Relationship To Mental Health Among A Sample Of University Students

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health among undergraduate students at Khemis Miliana University. Using Muhammad Essam Muhammad's Spiritual Intelligence Scale (2016) and Ahmed Abdel-Khalek's Arab Mental Health Scale (2026), data from (102) students were analyzed using SPSS 25. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and mental health, highlighting their interconnectedness. The study also identifies a substantial presence of spiritual intelligence within the student cohort, emphasizing its role in promoting holistic mental well-being.
