المواطنة والحقوق والواجبات الناشئة عنها

الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم المواطنة وأهميتها في المجتمع ويستعرض الحقوق والواجبات الناشئة عنها، ذلك لأن المواطنة هي الارتباط القانوني والاجتماعي بين الفرد والدولة التي يعيش فيها وتمثل الانتماء والمسؤولية تجاه الدولة، وتعتبر مصدرا للحقوق والواجبات إذ تمنح للفرد الحقوق مثل الحق في التصويت والمشاركة في الحياة العامة وتفرض عليه واجبات مثل احترام القانون والمساهمة في بناء المجتمع. وأظهرت الدراسة أهمية المواطنة في المجتمع من خلال دورها في تعزيز المشاركة الفعالة في الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية، مما يعزز الديمقراطية ويضمن مشاركة الأفراد في صنع القرار وتعزيز الانتماء والهوية الوطنية، كما تسعى المواطنة إلى تحقيق العدالة والمساواة بين جميع أفراد المجتمع، فالمواطنة تهدف إلى بناء مجتمع متماسك وديمقراطي يعتمد على المشاركة الفعالة والاحترام المتبادل بين أفراده. This research addresses the concept of citizenship and its significance in society, outlining the rights and responsibilities associated with it. Citizenship is defined as the legal and social bond between an individual and the state in which they reside, representing allegiance and responsibility towards the state. It serves as a source of both rights and duties, granting individuals rights such as the right to vote and participate in public life, while imposing duties such as respecting the law and contributing to the development of the community. The study demonstrates the importance of citizenship in society by highlighting its role in promoting active participation in political and social life, thereby enhancing democracy and ensuring individual involvement in decision-making processes, as well as fostering national identity and belonging. Citizenship also seeks to achieve justice and equality among all members of society. Ultimately, citizenship aims to build a cohesive and democratic society based on mutual participation and respect among its members.
