دراسة وصفية تحليلية لمؤشرات الحوكمة العالمية في دول الخليج العربي

الملخص
تعتبر الحوكمة مفهوم واسع يمس الجوانب الأساسية لعمل أي مجتمع وأي نظام سياسي واجتماعي. ويمكن وصفه بأنه مقياس أساسي لاستقرار وإنجازات المجتمع قمنا في هده الدراسة بتحليل مؤشرات الحوكمة العالمية لدول الخليج العربي المتمثلة في (الامارات العربية، البحرين، الكويت، العراق، السعودية، قطر، عمان) خلال الفترة 2002_2020. توصلنا الى ان من الصعب تطبيق ابعاد الحوكمة بشكل مثالي لأنها مقايس عامة ويختلف تطبيقها من دولة الى اخرى حسب البنية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والنظام السياسي المعتمد، كما تتفاوت الأهمية النسبية لكل مؤشر حسب كل دولة Governance is a broad concept that touches on the fundamental aspects of the functioning of any society and any political and social system. It can be described as a basic measure of the stability and achievements of society. In this study, we analyzed global governance indicators for the Gulf Arab countries (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman) during the period 2002-2020. We concluded that it is difficult to apply the dimensions of governance perfectly because they are general measures and their application differs from country to country depending on the economic and social structure and the political system in force, and the relative importance of each indicator varies by country.
