Abstract

Abstract: Any manager, no matter how capable, skilled, and competent they are, cannot perform a wide range of tasks with a high degree of proficiency on their own, While it may be possible, it would come at the expense of other important matters. In this context, effective administrative activity is needed, which is delegation. The aim of this study was to diagnose the actual practice of leaders in implementing the principle of delegation in leadership. Three active organizations in the ceramics industry were selected for a survey to determine the reality of delegation in these institutions. The study concluded that there are institutions that do not adopt the principle of delegation, primarily due to a lack of trust in subordinates and their capabilities
