الملخص

تعيش المنظمات الحديثة على وقع العديد من التحديات و الضغوطات الداخلية و الخارجية مما خلق الكثير من المتغيرات التنظيمية التي تؤثر على سيرورة التنظيمات و أداءها و من بين أهم هذه المتغيرات نجد الصراعات التي تعيشها المنظمات على مستويات مختلفة، هذا البحث مقاربة نظرية لموضوع الصراع، باستعراض لمفهوم الصراع التنظيمي و العوامل المؤثرة فيه، و الأسباب المؤدية إليه بالإضافة إلى آليات التعامل معه. Modern organizations live on the impact of many internal and external challenges and pressures, creating many organizational variables that affect the necessity and functioning of organizations. Among the most important are the conflicts experienced by organizations at different levels. This research is a theoretical approach to the subject of conflict, reviewing the concept of organizational conflict and the factors affecting it, the causes leading to it as well as the mechanisms for dealing with it.
