Role Of The Administrative Djudge In Innovating And Emphasizing The Rules Of Administrative Law.

Abstract
The administrative djudge has to create the legal rule, which becomes tried and applied rule. It will be significant rule, especially, if the legislator didn’t mention it by clear text in order to settle dispute. We can say the judicial rule will do what the legislative rule does. Thus, the judicial way is the best and the most effective solution that will be imposed on the dispute and on the djudge in order not to reach to what is know as denial of justice. It is done by the administrative djudge to create, innovate, and make the legal rule.
