البعد الديني في السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في منطقة غرب إفريقيا(2012-2024)

الملخص

أسست العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية بين الجزائر ومنطقة غرب افريقيا لبناء روابط مشتركة عبر التاريخ، وساهم العامل الديني والروحي في تقويتها ودعمها، فإلى جانب المشترك التاريخي والامتداد الجغرافي، تمتلك الجزائر موروث ديني تواصل تصديره لدول المنطقة، كمقاربة موازية للمقاربات الاقتصادية والتنموية والعسكرية والأمنية تتلاءم وبيئة المنطقة، لدعم سياستها الخارجية وتقوية حضورها في المنطقة، من منطلق تفعيل آليات ترتكز أساسا على تحريك دور الزوايا والطرق الصوفية وشبكة علاقاتها العابرة للدول ورابطة علماء وأئمة دول الساحل، تاريخيا أثبت هذه الآليات قدرتها على نشر الإسلام الوسطي ونبذ العنف والتطرف والإرهاب، وهذا ما يتماشى والمقاربة الأمنية الجزائرية في المنطقة، التي ترتكز على محاربة التهديدات الأمنية اللاتماثلية (اللادولتية) التي تصدرها المنطقة، حيث تشكل خطرا على الأمن القومي الجزائري، وتدرك الجزائر ضرورة تفعيل دبلوماسيتها الدينية والروحية لتعزيز حضورها وخدمة مصالحها لاسيما في ظل التنافس الدولي في المنطقة. The establishment of political, economic, and security relations between Algeria and the West African region has resulted in the creation of common ties throughout history. The religious and spiritual aspect aids in strengthening and supporting it. In addition to the historical commonality and geographical extension, Algeria possesses an important religious heritage that it can expand to the countries of the region. As a parallel approach to the economic, development, military and security approaches that relate to the environment of the region, to support its foreign policy and strengthen its presence in the West African region. From the standpoint of activating mechanisms based mainly on mobilizing the Zawaya and the Sufi orders, their netwotk of transnational relations, the Association of Scholars, and the imams of the Sahel countries, Historically, these mechanisms have proven their ability to spread moderate Islam and reject violence, extremism and terrorism, and this is consistent with the Algerian security approach in the region, which is based on combating symmetrical (non-international) security threats emanating from the region. As it poses a threat to Algerian national security, Algeria realizes the necessity of activating its religious and spiritual diplomacy to enhance its presence in the region and serve its interests, especially in light of the international competition in the region.
