الملخص
تتمثل مهارة الإلقاء في كيفية تعامل المتحدث مع خصائصه الصوتية، وتكييفها وفق مقاصده المتعددة، لتبليغ المعاني الكاملة الدقيقة للمتلقي، ملتزما بالقواعد والأسس الرئيسة لفن الإلقاء، وتتجلى براعة المتحدث في إمكانية إخضاع موضوعه لهذه القواعد، ومهارته في استعمالها، مع إبراز الجوانب المهمة في كلامه. وتعبر اللغة غير اللفظية عن المحتوى الضمني الذي لا يظهر في الألفاظ، فإذا أحسن المتحدث نطق الكلام ونبره تنغيمه، وأجاد اختيار مواضع الصمت ومواطن التركيز، تمكن من إيصال مقصده للمستمع؛ لأن ما يحدد القصد من الكلمات غالبا ليس المعنى اللغوي، بل نبرة المتكلم. Abstract: The skill of recitation is how the speaker deals with his vocal characteristics, and adapts them according to his multiple purposes, to communicate the full meanings of the recipient, adhering to the main rules and foundations of the art of diction, and the speaker's ingenuity is evident in the possibility of subjecting his subject to these rules, and his skill in using them, while highlighting the important aspects of his speech. Non-verbal language expresses the implicit content that does not appear in the words, so if the speaker is well pronounced and tone of the speech, and is good at choosing places of silence and focus, he can communicate his intention to the listener, because what determines the intention of speech is not the meaning of the basic words and phonemes of words, but what we receive from the meanings through the phonetic features and supersynthetic phonemes, what are the factors that enable the speaker to succeed in communicating his intentions through vocal performance
