الملخص: هذا المقال هو دراسة في موضوع اللّهجات العربية المحلية يسلّط الضوء على ظاهرة صوتية تتعلق بتطور حرف القاف العربي في لهجة جيجل (الجزائرية)، يقدم وصفًا بنيويا للظاهرة الصوتية في تطورها التاريخي وتأصيلا للمنطوق اللّهجي الحالي من وجهة نظر لغوية، مع سرد مبسّط لأثر هذه الظاهرة اللّهجية على النص القرآني في المراحل التاريخية المتأخرة. يهدف هذا المقال إلى إثبات جدوى الدراسة اللّهجية مرة أخرى في مجال اللّغويات بإتباع إجراءات محددة من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. summary: This article is a study on the subject of local Arabic dialects. It sheds light on a phonetic phenomenon related to the development of the Arabic letter Qaf in the Jijel (Algerian) dialect. It provides a structural description of the phonetic phenomenon in its historical development and establishes the current dialect pronunciation from a linguistic point of view, with a simplified account of the impact of this dialect phenomenon On the Qur’anic text in the late historical stages, this article aims to prove the feasibility of dialect study once again in the field of linguistics by following specific procedures of the descriptive-analytical approach
