In the context of proactive or predictive medicine and in the face of the wave of modern scientific innovations aimed at examining the genetic characteristics of humans, the aim of this article is to demonstrate the scientific revolution in the field of biology and medicine based on genetic tests, which have proven their actual contribution to preventing diseases and limiting their negative effects on humans. In a completely opposite direction, calling on the international community to show the scientific spirit imbued with morals and human values in examining the genetic heritage of the human being and the strict prohibition of any action that would take genetic tests as a pretext for racial discrimination and encouragement of abortion and an argument for refusing to employ, promote or insure everyone whose results of genetic tests suggest the presence of a genetic defect. In order to control the mechanisms of dealing with genetic tests, it was necessary for the scientific, cultural and intellectual elite in Algeria to establish a legal and ethical framework that protects society from the consequences of abnormal intellectual speculations that threaten the world under the cover of scientific and technological development.
