النهوض بالقطاع السياحي بالجزائر

الملخص
يعتبر القطاع السياحي من أهم القطاعات، نظرا للأرباح العائدة منه ومساهمته في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، فسعت الدولة الجزائرية للنهوض بهذا القطاع من خلال وضع مجموعة من القوانين تمنح امتيازات وضمانات للمستثمرين الجزائريين أو الأجانب لحثهم على استثمار أموالهم في هذا المجال أخرها القانون رقم 22-18 المتعلق بالاستثمار. كما وضعت مجموعة من المؤسسات تتمثل في المجلس الوطني للاستثمار والوكالة الجزائرية للاستثمار بهدف مرافقة ودعم المستثمرين إلى غاية إتمام مشارعهم سعيا لترقية السياحة وبالتالي النهوض بهذا القطاع المهم. The tourism sector is considered one of the most important sectors, due to the profits derived from it and its contribution to achieving economic development, so the Algerian state sought to promote this sector through the development of a set of laws granting privileges and guarantees to Algerian of foreign investors to urge them to invest their money in this area, the latest of which is law no. 22-18 on investment. A group of institutions, the national investment council and the Algerian investment agency, have also been set up to accompany and support .investors until the completion of their projects in order to promote tourism and thus promote this important sector
